Efficacy and safety of aceclofenac in musculoskeletal diseases

Musculoskeletal system pathology is one of the main causes morbidity and disability worldwide. Inflammation plays leading role in genesis these diseases. Pain most important factor to a critical decrease quality life limitation daily activities. Most current international guidelines for treatment acute chronic low back neck pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis other diseases recommend oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs as first-line therapy. The article presents data from latest domestic studies, including results largest SOS study, which demonstrated high efficacy safety aceclofenac (Aertal) pain.
